Science Subcommittee

Function

The South African Society for Sleep & Health Science Subcommittee (SASSH-Science) represents academics, clinicians and students involved in sleep research in South Africa. We also welcome members from the rest of Africa.

The SASSH-Science Subcommittee has the following core aims:

  • To represent the interests of sleep science and research within SASSH.
  • To create a sleep science and research network within Africa.
  • To support integrated and multidisciplinary sleep science and research among tertiary institutions and clinicians with a sleep-related research interest in South Africa.
